Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist a mix of technical and non-technical customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex software and/or networked systems. You will handle tickets by phone and email, document in Salesforce, and escalate issues as needed. The role requires SQL, Windows, and server experience, and involves a 4x10-hour shift schedule (Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM CST) with a compensation differential.
