We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to generate high‑earning opportunities in the finance industry. Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to business owners exploring funding options Qualify leads and identify their business's financial needs Explain products clearly and confidently Lead the conversation, handle objections, and keep deals moving Send and track application documents through DocuSign Follow up consistently until the deal is funded Hit daily and weekly call/production targets Qualifications Minimum 1 year of sales experience required Merchant Cash Advance or business financing experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone Strong work ethic and self‑motivation Basic computer proficiency Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment Clear spoken and written English High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license required Compensation $50,000 - $500,000 yearly Benefits Advancement Opportunities Weekly lunches Commissions, Bonuses, and Cash Spiffs Fun work environment Hours Full‑time Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM in the office.
