Salary: $102,000 - 122,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or an associates degree plus 4 years of related experience.
• We are looking for 2–5 years of progressive systems and cloud administration experience.
• We need at least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including design, implementation, migration, and operations.
• Active Azure certifications are strongly preferred, such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, or newer equivalents.
• We need deep knowledge of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure Files, Azure Backup, Site Recovery, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and cost management.
• Strong hybrid identity and networking skills are required, including VPN Gateway, VNet peering, NSGs, and firewalls.
• We need solid understanding of Linux Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills are required.
• You must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills are needed, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices is required.
• You must be able to learn new concepts and business processes quickly.
• We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter.
• The role requires the ability to access US-only data systems, so US citizenship is required.

• We design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure solutions across IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, backup and recovery, and hybrid connectivity.
• We administer Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Files, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, and Site Recovery.
• We implement and maintain security and compliance controls aligned with organizational policies.
• We monitor performance, investigate issues, and resolve incidents using Splunk, Azure, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and traditional tools.
• We lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement after incidents or outages.
• We perform cost analysis and optimization of Azure infrastructure and provide actionable recommendations.
• We manage hybrid identity solutions including DUO, Azure AD/Entra ID, AD Connect, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access, and enforce RBAC policies.
• We contribute to cloud governance standards, including policies, tagging, naming, and access controls.
• We maintain and support on-premises platforms such as Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server, Linux Server, Nutanix HCI, and Cohesity.
• We perform hardware, software, and firmware upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and warranty tracking.
• We ensure high availability, security, performance, cost efficiency, and disaster recovery readiness across environments.
• We collaborate with Application and DevOps teams to support cloud adoption and platform best practices.
• We work with limited supervision and exercise significant independent judgment.
• We may mentor junior staff or lead small project teams.
• We help ensure consistency of work and escalate or resolve issues as appropriate.
• We coordinate closely with the wider IT division to support effective communication and collaboration.
• We work with external vendors and may lead vendor engagements.
• We maintain accurate and complete records of activities.
• We support 24x7x365 IT operations.
• We support onboarding of new IT staff.
• We look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• We participate in project kickoffs and debriefs.
• We stay current with emerging technology.
• We perform other duties as assigned.
