- # Description**Member Services Associate****Bousquet Sport - Pittsfield, MA****Job Type:** Full-time or Part-time**Pay:** $16.00 - $20.00 per hour**Schedule:** Days, nights, and/or weekends required-**Position Overview**Bousquet Sport is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Member Services Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our members and guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized club environment.The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.-**Key Responsibilities****Front Desk Operations*** Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner* Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries* Assist members with scheduling, registrations, and general questions**Member Experience*** Create a welcoming and positive environment at all times* Build relationships with members and recognize regulars* Provide accurate information about programming, memberships, and club offerings**Billing & Account Support*** Answer basic billing and membership questions* Assist with purchases, registrations, and account updates* Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on Duty**Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep*** Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and shared spaces* Complete assigned cleaning tasks (towels, trash, general upkeep)* Reset spaces including studios, courts, locker rooms, and common areas* Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to leadership* Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly--**Benefits & Perks*** Complimentary Bousquet Sport membership* Employee discounts on programs, personal training, and services* Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time opportunities)* Opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization* Positive, team-oriented work environment**For Full-Time Employees:*** Health insurance benefits* Paid time off (vacation and sick time)## Qualifications**Qualifications*** Customer service or hospitality experience preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset-**Physical Requirements*** Ability to stand and walk for extended periods* Frequent movement throughout the facility* Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (towels, supplies, equipment)* Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform cleaning tasks* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
