Strategic Customer Success Manager - Remote Growth & Retention
Rozgoo
Vanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-sales activities for upmarket customers, guiding onboarding, implementation, and renewal decisions. You will manage a portfolio of 50 accounts, collaborating with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansions while championing the voice of the customer.
You will become a product expert, helping customers achieve compliance outcomes and build trusted advisor relationships with executives, stakeholders, and sponsors.
