The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a YHDP Case Manager in Boise, Idaho. The role provides intensive, individualized case management to youth and young adults (18-24) facing homelessness, helping develop housing stability plans and access education, employment, life skills, and community supports. Using a trauma-informed, youth-centered approach, you will collaborate with partners to ensure HUD/YHDP compliance and wraparound services, while maintaining thorough documentation in #J-18808-Ljbffr
