Horsham Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director (HRD) to join our team. As a leader in long-term care, we are dedicated to providing a person-centered approach to care and a friendly atmosphere for our residents. The Director of Human Resources will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and management Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and the community Analyze and interpret HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership About the Role: As a Director of Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our employees and residents. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred. Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as HR Director Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with employees Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and CMS SNF/LTCF regulations We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
