Title
Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Schedule
Mon-Thu 9:30 AM-6:00 PM; Fri 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Requirements
- License: Physical Therapist (licensed or eligible)
- Clinical focus: orthopedic rehabilitation preferred; geriatric and neuro rehabilitation acceptable
- Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience will be considered
- EMR: Experience with Epic charting system

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Implement and oversee therapy programs to optimize patient recovery and mobility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness activities.

Compliance / Notes
- Submission requirements: SSN, DOB, and RTO must be included at time of submission.
- Candidate must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
- Pre-start modules required (average ~16 hours).
- Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities.
