Clinical Nurse Educator

Role Overview The Nurse Educator provides personalized patient education on chronic disease management and prescribed therapies through in-person visits, calls, video, email, and SMS, always aligning with program guidelines. This role focuses solely on education, not clinical care or medical advice. Key Responsibilities Connect patients with approved educational resources. Deliver disease-specific education and training related to medications. Support multiple disease states and therapies. Promote behavioral change to enhance treatment adherence. Encourage effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred; active RN license in good standing. Minimum 5 years of clinical healthcare experience; prior nurse educator experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 70%. Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and motivational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad technology. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing environments. Additional Requirements Home workspace setup. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
