Transformation Strategy Lead The Transformation Strategy Lead is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational transformation across Group Benefits. This role focuses on assessing and improving end‑to‑end processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing modernization through process redesign, automation, and AI enablement. The Lead will evaluate current workflows, identify opportunities to optimize operations in support of our customers, and design and execute transformational changes throughout the Group Business. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives across Group Benefits. Evaluate workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. Design and implement future‑state operating models using process redesign, workflow orchestration, and automation. Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans. Partner cross‑functionally with business functions, technology, and other stakeholders to drive execution and adoption of new processes. Support development of governance frameworks, playbooks, and change management strategies. Deliver executive‑ready presentations and updates on transformation progress and impact. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or business strategy within the Insurance Industry, preferably in Group Benefits. Strong background in process redesign and workflow optimization. Experience leading large‑scale operational transformation initiatives end‑to‑end. Exposure to automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and influence senior leadership. Location Hybrid role commutable to a Guardian Life hub location; preference for New York, Bethlehem, or Boston. Compensation Salary Range: $152,290.00 – $250,195.00. Compensation may also include annual, sales, or other incentive components. Base pay will be determined based on experience, education, and knowledge.
