Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a counsel with 7+ years’ experience to join its growing Structured Finance & Warehouse Team. Significant experience in complex financing matters, including structured finance is required, and experience in securitization is a plus. Alston & Bird actively represents clients across a broad spectrum of asset classes, which will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to leverage his/her experience to work across various asset types. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions. The ideal candidate must also be able to serve as the lead and supporting associate on transactions, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates will work closely with seasoned lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to grow professionally. Candidates can be resident in New York or Washington, DC.
