Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.
Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.

About the Role
As a clinic-based BCBA, LBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale , you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Total Compensation: $98,000-113,000 which includes:
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Base Salary: $74,000-$85,000
