Come work with a local, women, and therapist-founded company committed to elevating your experience as a school-based professional. Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming the 2026-2027 school year.

Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week

Set and support academic and behavioral goals

Create teacher-friendly data collection systems

This role does not include RBT supervision

Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois

Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
