Springfield Suites Rehab & Nursing Center is hiring a Receptionist for full-time and part-time positions.

We're looking for a friendly, dependable professional who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, you'll help create a welcoming experience every day.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Welcome residents, visitors, families, and vendors

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

• Provide general clerical and administrative support

• Maintain a neat, organized reception area

• Assist staff and visitors with general inquiries

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least one year of recent customer service and clerical experience

• Experience with a multi-line telephone system

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with standard office equipment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
