See for yourself the amazing changes at Spring Creek!Requirements of the HVAC Technician:Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a maintenance department in a health-related FacilityMust be knowledgeable of HVAC practices and procedures in nursing care facilitiesMust successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.Responsibilities of the HVAC Technician:Install, service, modify, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair HVAC systems and equipment in a residential establishment in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulationsTroubleshoot, repair, modify, or replace Power, and/or control wiring/circuitMust be able to troubleshoot electronic controls, possess electrical knowledge, and have plumbing knowledge of both water and steam systemsManage repair costs while minimizing inefficienciesMonitors HVAC systems and operations and ensures that routine preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules and standardsChecks, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the systemPerforms all work in accordance with established safety proceduresApplies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned workTake pride in your career and join an organization where your talents will shine!
