Ready & Able Plumbing, Heating & Air Technician

Opportunity to work (5) 8 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour shifts. Earn a generous base hourly pay plus incentives and commissions. Primarily residential work completing maintenances and service calls on customers heating and cooling systems. No overnight on call!

Pay that values your skills, experience, and ambition:

• Pay of $120,000+ per year with incentives depending on skills and experience.

Now, let's talk about your responsibilities:

• Safely and courteously driving company vehicles
• Performing heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenances.
• Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly
• Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls
• Tracking materials and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with customers, providing solutions and quotes
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

Job requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with heating and air conditioning codes and regulations
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
• Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and ability to work collaboratively

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year
