Quality Assurance Analyst

Based on general knowledge. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating processes, systems, and deliverables to ensure quality standards are consistently met. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support the development and execution of quality assurance procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Based on general knowledge.Develop, review, and execute quality assurance processes, test plans, and test casesIdentify defects, inconsistencies, and process gaps and document findings clearlyCollaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to resolve quality-related issuesMonitor performance and compliance with established quality standardsTrack, analyze, and report quality metrics and testing resultsSupport root cause analysis and recommend corrective actionsAssist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracyEnsure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to dateParticipate in audits, reviews, and validation activities as needed
