The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in managing substantial components of transactions independently and working collaboratively in teams. Responsibilities Represent domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds. Structure, form, and operate various investment funds. Manage transactions such as financings, acquisitions, and formation of alternative investment structures. Qualifications Outstanding academic credentials. Comparable law firm experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong team collaboration and independent management skills. Proficiency in structuring and managing investment funds.
