Desktop Support Analyst

Desktop Support Analyst â Consultant ð Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid (after onboarding)
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 end-user support across Windows, MacOS, laptops, PC hardware, Office 365, VMware VDI, Active Directory, SCCM, MFPs, and productivity tools (Adobe, Webex, Slack)
- Support users via phone, email, in-person, and chat; document all activity in Jira Service Desk
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and cross-functional teams as needed
- Deliver onboarding support â equipment setup, login assistance, and new user orientation
- Perform ongoing maintenance including software licensing, endpoint vulnerability management, and asset recycling
- Handle all user information with strict confidentiality; report any misuse immediately
Required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
- Formal training or equivalent hands-on experience in a desktop support role
Details Schedule: MâF, 8amâ5pm Start: Mid-April | Location: On-site to start, transitioning to hybrid
