Desktop Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, enterprise-level IT environment where you’ll be on the front lines of modernizing and supporting device management for thousands of end users. Responsibilities: Support enterprise endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. Provide Tier 2 support for escalated incidents and service requests via ServiceNow. Contribute to the enterprise migration of mobile device management to Microsoft Intune. Required Qualifications & Experience: Exposure to Intune and Azure AD-based device management. Desktop support experience including break/fix and remote troubleshooting. 1+ years of experience supporting endpoints in an enterprise environment.
