Plumbing Installer
D&D Plumbing, Heating, and AC - Midland, TX

D&D Plumbing, Heating, and AC is hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our residential install team. We're looking for a licensed Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work and wants steady, year-round install volume.

Pay & Schedule

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Complete residential plumbing installations and replacements - water heaters, tankless units, water softeners, re-pipes, fixtures, and sewer/water line work
• Read and work from job scopes, plans, and permits
• Ensure all work meets state and local plumbing code
• Coordinate with apprentices and helpers on job assignments and quality
• Communicate with customers professionally on scope, progress, and completion
• Document all work accurately in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance, vehicle, and equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

• Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman Plumber license preferred
• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing code and proper installation standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with homeowners
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
