Whether you're starting out or leveling up, Academy is a place where fun can't lose!Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and refinement of Private Brand assortments by managing product details and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Daily work includes organizing specifications, tracking samples, and partnering across teams to ensure products meet expectations. The position contributes directly to improving quality, value, and customer satisfaction.You'll collaborate on timelines, support artwork approvals, and help resolve issues that arise throughout development. The work involves refreshing assortments, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to elevate product performance.
