Contracts Manager

Create, update, and maintain client proposal and vendor contract templates across multiple business units Partner with legal counsel to understand the legal implications of standard contract language and proposed revisions Coordinate closely with leadership, procurement, vendor relations, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders to develop and improve contract-related processes Streamline contract administration, negotiation, and execution timelines while maintaining the controls needed to protect the organization Balance reasonable, business-friendly contract language with strong protection of organizational interests, particularly on sensitive clauses Incorporate automation and AI tools into the contract review process to improve efficiency Required Qualifications: Familiarity with construction contract language and its legal implications in Virginia, DC, and Maryland 3+ years of relevant experience managing the full lifecycle of construction contracts and procurement processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word for negotiating and redlining contract language #J-18808-Ljbffr
