We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build "Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game."Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth. We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks all over the Salt Lake and surrounding areas.Main Job Responsibilities:Assisting in the preparation of marketing materialsManaging equipment preparation, distribution, and inventoryCommunicating directly with customers/partners via email and phoneUpdating our registration system with new locations and current locations by seasonCommunicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendarMaintaining the office orderDelivering gifts/documents to schools when necessaryMeet quarterly goalsCoaching (soccer sessions) at multiple of your own assigned locations (addition to make full time position)Essential Qualifications:Strong communication skills, both written and verbalEffective organizational/administrative skillsPositivity, enthusiastic, energetic.Passion for the mission of Soccer ShotsComputer/application skills (Microsoft Office suite)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeFamiliarity with Microsoft products and operating systemsPrevious experience with the sport of soccerDocument/graphic design experienceCompensation:The part/full time administrative assistant position would consist of a starting rate of $15-18 per hour, starting and depending on experience. Also $14 during "Training/Assistant", with a structured pay scale to move up based on performance. Also, many areas for growth within the company as we expand.
