Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with ARDMS certification and 2+ years experience, including pediatric scanning proficiency.
Details
- Sonography department handling 45-56 cases per day across 4 rooms with 4 ultrasound machines
- Pediatric patient population with a high volume of abdominal/stomach cases
- Uses EPIC EMR
- 3x12 hour night shifts, Saturday-Sunday-Monday, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM
- No weekends beyond scheduled shift rotation, no call, and no floating required
Requirements
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- ARDMS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
- Must be able to scan pediatric patients, including a high volume of abdominal cases
Additional Information
- One week of floor orientation provided
- Black scrubs required
- No holiday coverage required unless it falls on a regularly scheduled shift
