Travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer - Sonography/Ultrasound

American Traveler

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with ARDMS certification and 2+ years experience, including pediatric scanning proficiency.

Requirements

Current BLS certification (AHA)
ARDMS certification required
License required if applicable
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
Must be able to scan pediatric patients, including a high volume of abdominal cases

Responsibilities

Sonography department handling 45-56 cases per day across 4 rooms with 4 ultrasound machines
Pediatric patient population with a high volume of abdominal/stomach cases
Uses EPIC EMR
3x12 hour night shifts, Saturday-Sunday-Monday, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM
No weekends beyond scheduled shift rotation, no call, and no floating required
One week of floor orientation provided
Black scrubs required
No holiday coverage required unless it falls on a regularly scheduled shift
