UFC GYM MMA Sales Manager

The MMA Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience personally and through Coach supervision. They deliver excellent member service, oversee Private Training and Supplement revenue, address member concerns, employee relations issues, and manage scheduling and time‑keeping responsibilities. They communicate and enforce company and club policies and procedures. The position requires 7‑day availability, including both morning and night shifts. Responsibilities Sell and conduct Private Training and Small Group Training with members. Execute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete sales through the turnover process. Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients on full programs to hand off to coaching staff. Prospect members in person and digitally to generate complimentary appointments and sell personal training programs. Administer client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workout programs, ensuring accurate records; arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments. Assist in all revenue‑generating activities: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars and workshops. Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements. Review daily club sales performance and employee statistics with the Fitness Manager, Vice President and staff to identify issues and clarify behaviors needed to achieve sales goals. Administer company policies related to the sales process. Independently schedule and manage client appointments to ensure optimal time management and service delivery. Coordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions, meetings or service visits according to their availability and needs. Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and make adjustments for changes or cancellations. Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments. Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive, revenue and service goals are communicated and that the club remains on‑track to attain daily, weekly and monthly financial goals. Set monthly, weekly and daily goals and objectives consistent with or above company expectations; conduct meetings with coaches to review performance and operations and offer guidance toward achieving goals. Handle member service matters: provide club tours, explain services offered by the Coaching Department, and sign members up for training agreements and appointments. Mediates member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate. Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties as needed. Alert the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs and conduct daily facility walkthroughs. Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements and prepare daily paperwork. Comply with operational procedures and conduct compliance checks through monitoring club systems and employee performance. Report directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager, communicating and enforcing all policies and procedures with the coaching team. Required Qualifications Knowledge, skills and abilities: in‑depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales. In‑depth experience and thorough Mixed Martial Arts technical ability related to striking and grappling (MMA PT Sales Manager only). Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Strong customer service focus; respond professionally to guests, members and staff. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, communicate clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills; understand basic record‑keeping practices; organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Computer proficient with basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Adherence to meal and rest break periods; must clock in and out for all shift times. Experience: minimum one certification from an organization recognized by UFCGym; current CPR/AED certification; high school diploma or GED; four‑year degree in a related field preferred. Minimum two years of related experience; experience in management or employee relations preferred. Physical requirements: regularly stand; lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, spot, and prolonged standing and walking; lift and/or move up to 45+ lbs.
