Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary We’re looking for a driven, results‑oriented sales professional to join the team as a Territory Sales Representative , focused on selling commercial HVAC service contracts and preventive maintenance agreements across the greater Los Angeles area (East LA, Central LA, and West LA). Your territory will be assigned based on your location. The Role This is a hunter position — you’ll be on the front lines, identifying and winning new business with building owners, property managers, and business decision‑makers. If you thrive on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is built for you. The ideal candidate will have a background in service‑based sales — think uniforms, pest control, facilities services, or construction. What We Offer Base salary: $75,000 – $105,000 + uncapped commission (percentage of sales) 10% on Preventative Maintenance Agreements 3% on Preventative Maintenance Renewals 1% on Service and Retrofit Invoices Full benefits: Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company contribution Company vehicle for travel Expenses covered (mileage, meals, etc.) Profit sharing after 2 years 2 weeks PTO + paid holidays Small, collaborative, high‑performing team Clear career path with growth opportunities Industry‑leading sales and HVAC training Direct access to leadership and decision‑makers Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Los Angeles commercial market Sell commercial HVAC preventive maintenance and service agreements to building owners, facility managers, property managers, and executives Generate new opportunities through cold calling, door knocking, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach Conduct site visits and consult with clients on long‑term HVAC maintenance solutions Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision‑makers Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Collaborate with internal service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers Maintain strong relationships with clients to support renewals and long‑term partnerships Qualifications Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience (hunter role) Background in service‑based sales strongly preferred, including industries such as uniform services, pest control, commercial cleaning, waste management, construction services, facilities or building services Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and territory development Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a territory Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Worksphere
