Randstad is proud to partner with a dynamic, rapidly growing manufacturing organization in the Riviera Beach area with a steady monthly revenue of $1 million. To support their next phase of expansion and optimize their financial structure, they are adding a high-impact, hands-on Financial Controller to their corporate team.

This is a strictly confidential search for an eager, system-oriented finance professional ready to step into a leadership role, drive process automation, and completely own the financial operations.

This is a direct hire permanent opportunity offering a base salary plus full benefits package including 100% paid health insurance and 4 weeks of PTO.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a small, highly collaborative team handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general administration.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Take full ownership of the facility's biggest focus area - managing inventory valuations, cost accounting structures, and manufacturing variances.
• Financial Reporting & Closing: Run the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes, delivering highly accurate financial reporting packages to executive leadership.
• System Automation & Modernization: Evaluate the current ERP environment to identify efficiency gaps, introduce modern accounting ideas, and spearhead system upgrades and process automation.
• Operational Accounting: Oversee daily cash management, general ledger accuracy, procurement controls, and ensure robust financial metrics are maintained across the site.
