Role Description The Real Estate Broker will work on-site in the New York City metropolitan area in a full-time capacity, focusing on retail landlord and tenant representation. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and listing retail properties, identifying suitable locations for tenants, and negotiating lease and sale agreements. The role involves conducting market and site analyses, preparing detailed property presentations, and coordinating property tours and client meetings. The broker will build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and national retail brands, ensuring high-quality customer service and clear communication throughout each transaction. The position also includes tracking market trends, maintaining accurate deal documentation, and collaborating with internal team members to support strategic planning and successful closings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with experience in retail or commercial properties. Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively build relationships, present opportunities, and manage client needs. Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, including leasing, valuation, and transaction structures. Proven experience in the New York City or similar metropolitan retail real estate markets is highly beneficial. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze market data, assess site potential, and develop strategic recommendations for clients. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
