SAP EWM - Project Manager

Role: SAP EWM - Project Manager
Location: Remote across Europe - (EU Citizens Only)
Start Date: 17th August 2026
Duration: 12 months with strong possibility of extensionTravel: Occasional travel required for workshops and go-live activities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP EWM implementation projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage project governance and stakeholder communications across business functions, IT teams and external partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource planning, risk management and contingency strategies.
- Oversee SAP EWM configuration, testing, deployment and go-live activities while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including GxP and GDP.
- Lead and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations and IT architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage project budgets, procurement activities and third-party vendor relationships.
- Drive change management initiatives to support successful system adoption and business transition.
Required Experience
- 8+ years' experience managing complex IT projects.
- 5+ years' experience leading SAP EWM or Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP EWM, including configuration, customisation and deployment.
- Experience delivering SAP projects within the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of GxP and GDP compliance.
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-phase projects with budgets exceeding 1 million.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
