We're seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with construction or skilled trade experience to join our team in Florence, KY. Candidates with backgrounds in roofing, carpentry, concrete, remodeling, fabrication, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply.

Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Build and fabricate custom fiberglass products using hand and power tools.
• Cut, measure, and assemble materials according to specifications.
• Read and accurately use a tape measure. Apply fiberglass resin and laminate materials.
• Sand, grind, trim, paint and finish fiberglass products.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop.

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing, framing, concrete, carpentry, remodeling, or other skilled labor is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working around fiberglass and other industrial materials.
• Comfortable getting dusty, dirty, and working in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the shift.
