Legal Assistant

A growing law firm is hiring a Legal Assistant. The position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a permanent position with competitive compensation and opportunities for pay increases. We are open to different qualification levels. Legal Assistants with significant experience can anticipate the firm making a generous offer. We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant (or Legal Secretary) to support 2 busy litigation attorneys and their paralegals. The Legal Assistant will focus on calendaring and scheduling. The attorneys oversee cases regarding general civil litigation matters, contract disputes, as well as probate litigation. Applicants will prepare basic legal documents to support the paralegals when needed. This position is not being offered as a remote job. Minimum Requirements Able to work in the office – full-time hours Strong organizational skills Leadership skills – self-motivated MS Office (Word and basic Excel) Experience calendaring & scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
