Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for a Northeast fleet based in the Watertown, Connecticut area. The position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically haul regional freight throughout the Northeast, from northern North Carolina to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.$4,000 sign-on bonus$0.80–$0.85 per mileHome Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour resetAverage 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availabilityAverage length of haul of approximately 400 milesUp to a $0.03-per-mile performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivityAdditional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractorsMedical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time offTop regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 per week.
