Using advanced sourcing methods like social media, professional networking media, internal, and 3rd party job boards, we identify qualified candidates.Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates' experience and skill sets against our client's position.Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client's work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.Submit: The recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates' technical skills.Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client's location.Job DescriptionPosition Details:Job Title: S r Project Mgr VieBridgeLocation: Raleigh, NCDuration: 10+ monthsJob Description:· The client is seeking a short term (approx. 12 month) senior project manager to manage the implementation of the VieBridge System.· This lead project management role will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of the VieBridge project initiative currently being undertaken at the Division of Medical Assistance. The goal of the Viebridge project is to automate the workflow of the independent assessment process in order to consistently and accurately assess recipients' needs, determine recipient eligibility, authorize service levels, make provider referrals, ensure recipient due process and support DMA analysis of program enrollment. Position will ensure adherence to project management best practices along with DHHS, State EPMO processes and State Technical Architecture standards as applicable. This position will manage the day to day activities for the project and complete all input to the State Project Management (Touchdown) system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: authoring all project management artifacts following the practices and guidelines from the PMI's PMBOK, developing the detailed project budget, monitoring expenditures, developing and maintaining all required State CIO project documentation, serving as an IT management liaison to the business client, leading and performing hands-on analysis of the business and technical environments, supervising implementation activities, ensuring that project plans and schedules are established and maintained, ensuring that deliverables are completed timely and accurately, supervising staff (State and contractual staff), conducting formal presentations, coordinating with all project stakeholders and ensure that appropriate project controls are instituted.· A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.· The selected candidate must be a results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent IT Project Management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, and business program resources to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.QualificationsSkills: Extensive project management experience, preferably with large, business process change management, complex automation implementation effort Extensive knowledge and experience of business process analysis and defining business requirements Demonstrated Project Management experience on system deployments with multiple clients Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule. Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. Demonstrated presentation and training skills Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) Experience with MS Office.
