In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth experience during property listings, showings, and transactions. You will work closely with agents, property managers, and internal teams to support operations and maintain accurate client and property records.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, and tenants via phone, email, or in personAssist clients with property inquiries, scheduling showings, and transaction-related requestsCoordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closingsMaintain and update client and property records in CRM and MLS systemsTrack and report on client interactions, listings, and transaction statusHelp resolve client issues and escalate to management when neededSupport onboarding of new clients and facilitate ongoing communication throughout the buying, selling, or leasing processQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in real estate, property management, or client-facing roles is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks, including property listings and client inquiriesProficiency with Microsoft Office, MLS systems, and CRM software #J-18808-Ljbffr
