Maintenance Technician / 4 day work week Location: Plainfield, Indiana Salary: $32-$40 per hour Requirements: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for an expanding company. Should have knowledge of technical methods to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance. Experience in repair of CNC and welding equipment is very helpful. Duties: Troubleshoot and repair machinery using test equipment, technical manuals and remote support systems. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to support equipment and plant repairs. This position will support repairs for mechanical and electrical systems. Option to work a 4 day work week Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday. Earn an additional $3 per hour for off shift position plus additional overtime pay. Ability to operate, set up and maintain a CNC machine. Ability to handle one-off jobs as well as set‑up and prove‑out production jobs. Interpret blue prints, sketches and engineering specifications. Familiarity with G and M codes Special Note: This is a day shift position Monday - Thursday. Duties: Machine component parts by operating, setting up computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Maintain quality, safety standards, record keeping and maintaining equipment. This is a state of the art machining operation. 4 day work week Monday - Thursday and off Friday - Sunday.
