Marketing Liaison

Marketing Liaison Job Summary Blessed Home Health, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Marketing Liaison to serve as the primary representative of our home health agency within hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare settings. As a Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for developing referral relationships, educating healthcare professionals about our services, and assisting with patient transitions to home health care. Responsibilities Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other healthcare providers. Educate referral sources regarding home health services, eligibility requirements, and admission processes. Conduct regular facility visits and community outreach activities. Identify opportunities to increase referrals and market share. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely patient admissions. Track referral activity and maintain accurate records in CRM or referral management systems. Attend networking events, community functions, and healthcare-related meetings. Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines related to home health services. Represent the agency professionally and ethically at all times. Qualifications Healthcare sales, marketing, business development, or clinical experience preferred. Home health, hospice, healthcare, or senior services experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a territory. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred.
