This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions to Healthcare clients by coordinating WTW resources and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience. The Senior Client Advocate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service with minimal supervision.Duties include but are not limited to:Retain and grow an existing book of business; strengthen long-term client relationships within the Healthcare sector.Identify, engage, and coordinate internal WTW resources to deliver a best-in-class client experience.Provide strategic advice and consulting to clients, proactively monitoring insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with industry, practice, and resource groups.Recommend and implement appropriate solutions throughout the policy lifecycle, including acquisition due diligence.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.Design, negotiate, and deliver fee and compensation agreements.Lead the development and delivery of client presentations, proposals, advocacy reports, and Engagement 365 service plans.Partner with Broking to leverage appropriate analytical tools and insights.Drive account profitability while ensuring strong client retention.Stay informed of market trends and partner with Sales and Broking to respond to marketplace changes.Build and maintain strong market relationships alongside Broking and Sales teams.Lead the RFP process, including coordination across lines of business and ownership of deliverables.Drive the renewal process, developing and executing client-specific renewal strategies.Perform other duties as needed to ensure an exceptional client experience.The Requirements10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role, ideally with exposure to Healthcare clients.Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance renewal process.Ability to evaluate coverage forms, identify gaps, and provide ongoing coverage consultation.Proven ability to leverage internal and external relationships to deliver tailored client solutions and resolve conflicts.Strong analytical, interpretation, and presentation skills.Advanced negotiation skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions and drive consensus.Knowledge of client and market strategies, tactics, and solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead complex discussions and presentations.Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence, guide teams, and drive outcomes.Experience mentoring colleagues and serving as a subject matter expert.Strong project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Active P&C insurance license required.Willingness to travel as needed.This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
