Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Sales role based in New York, NY. The Investment Sales professional will source and cultivate client relationships, identify investment opportunities, and manage the full transaction lifecycle for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. Daily responsibilities include performing financial and market analysis, preparing offering memoranda and pitch materials, conducting property tours, and coordinating due diligence with buyers, sellers, and internal capital advisory resources. The role involves negotiating deal terms, maintaining accurate pipelines and CRM records, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote listings and generate leads. The individual will be expected to stay informed on local market trends, capital markets, and industry developments to provide data-driven guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Investment Sales and Brokerage skills, including experience managing real estate transactions and client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills, with the ability to model cash flows, evaluate returns, and analyze market and asset performance.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and research abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Excel and CRM platforms.
• Relevant experience in real estate investment, capital markets, or advisory services is highly beneficial; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain high ethical and professional standards in client interactions.
