Registered Nurse – Medical SurgicalShift: 7 PM to 7 AM Every other holiday and every other weekend.Assignment Details:Contract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: NormalRequirements:Current nursing licenseExperience in Medsurg nursingExperience with PCU-level care is preferredBasic knowledge of EMR systemsRoles & Responsibilities:Provide patient-centered care to a diverse patient population in a blended Medsurg unit.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established guidelines.Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage patient intake/output effectively.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.Engage in shared decision-making and participate in unit committees and initiatives.Compliance / Notes:No on-call responsibilities.Orientation and training are provided for staff.Background checks and drug screening are required prior to employment.
