We're hiring Entry-Level Field Sales Representatives for our Santa Ana team.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE-ONLY JOB.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll work in local communities, communicate directly with customers, and learn practical sales and marketing skills.

NO PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meet and communicate with customers in local communities
• Introduce customers to available programs and services
• Provide professional customer support
• Answer questions and explain program information
• Assist customers with enrollment
• Participate in local outreach and marketing activities
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Participate in training and coaching
• Develop your communication and sales skills

TRANSFERABLE EXPERIENCE

• Other customer-facing positions

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally
• Strong communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week
• No degree required
• No previous sales experience required

COMPENSATION

$18.00–$20.00/hour + performance incentives + bonuses.
