The ideal candidate will support HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. Responsibilities Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration for new hires. Handle employee relations, addressing issues and providing conflict resolution as needed. Administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives. Working hours and style Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour break. Full-time, onsite role in Dunwoody, Georgia. Working location Dunwoody, Georgia. Qualifications Proficiency in Japanese (required). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
