Sr. Contracts Analyst

Senior Contracts Analyst – Hybrid in Eden Prairie, MNAre you an experienced legal contracts professional with a strong background in healthcare or medical device contracting? This role is ideal for an experienced contracts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex legal and business challenges, and is passionate about supporting innovative healthcare technologies while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize a wide variety of commercial agreements, including sales, purchase, supply chain, capital equipment, evaluation, GPO, service, NDA, and healthcare provider agreements.Independently negotiate and redline contracts while identifying legal risks and providing practical business recommendations.Partner with Sales, Research & Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain & Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.Review marketing, promotional, training, conference, and digital materials to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.Respond to legal inquiries, manage requests through the legal team's shared inbox, and provide guidance on legal processes and documentation.Support legal records management, document retention, governance activities, and legal training initiatives.Maintain contract templates, legal procedures, and governance documentation.Conduct legal and regulatory research related to healthcare, medical devices, and commercial operations.Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and timely legal support.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:7–10+ years of contract analysis experience within a law firm, corporate legal department, healthcare organization, or medical device company.5–7+ years of experience independently drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and advising on complex commercial agreements.Healthcare or medical device industry experience is required.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Bachelor's degree, JD, or other relevant post-secondary education preferred.Experience reviewing promotional materials in a regulated environment and a continuous improvement mindset are preferred.POSITION BENEFITS, PAY, AND SCHEDULE:Temp-to-hire opportunityCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $34.00 to $50.00, depending on experience.Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite and 2–3 days remote each week.Flexible core business hours of either 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Central Time).Collaborative legal team dedicated to supporting innovative medical technology and positive patient outcomes.Background check and drug screen required prior to employment.TO APPLY:Please upload your resume to this job posting along with your contact information and a brief cover letter.
