HVAC-R Office Administrator (Accounting & Project Support)

We started in NY/NJ, expanded into MA and FL, and are now entering TX. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable team member to develop our accounting system and manager project expenses, and handle overall office administration. Responsibilities Monitor daily transactions to ensure all amounts are accurate and catch any discrepancies. Issue accurate invoices for construction projects and maintenance services. Handle payment processing, including managing checks and wire transfers. Track and manage expenses against individual project budgets. Organize and maintain all project-related paperwork and records. Assist managers executing project goals. Organize project files and keep accurate records for the management team. Preferred Qualifications 1 to 5 years of experience in an office environment, administrative role, or data entry/bookkeeping. Good with Numbers. Strong proficiency in MS Office, comfortable learning new software. Punctual and able to meet task deadlines. Prior experience in the HVAC‑R or any other trade. Experience with any accounting or project management tools. Experience with any ERP systems. Our business has been continuously growing.
