Theresa Heitter - State Farm Agency in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with English and Spanish-speaking customers
  
• Develop insurance quotes and present personalized coverage solutions
  
• Make sales presentations and confidently close sales
  
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers
  
• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service in both English and Spanish
  
• Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance and financial products
  
• Consistently achieve sales goals while contributing to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
  
• 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
  
• Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
  
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
  
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  
• Must be confident prospecting, opening doors, and setting appointments from a cold start
  
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
  
• Passion for helping customers and delivering an outstanding experience
