PRODUCTION PROCESS MANAGER

Job Summary The Production Process Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring our division operations run smoothly and efficiently from sale through closing. Role Responsibilities Lead division operations from sale to close, coordinating across Sales, Construction, Design Center, and support teams while helping establish goals and direction for the division. Develop and continuously improve internal systems and processes that drive operational efficiency throughout the division. Hire, train, and retain the division operations team, including Division Coordinators, Office Coordinators, and the Design Center team—overseeing staffing, scheduling, showroom readiness, and Selection appointment standards. Manage the master pod construction slotting schedule, initiate market home starts, and assign Release for Start dates for all homes in the Pre‑Start Process. Review and approve homebuilding reports; maintain base pricing, pod assignments, settlement costs, option revenue, and incentives for CMP purposes. Ensure the purchaser’s electronic files are complete and compliant; approve and code invoices in Concur, and oversee division check requests. Support the NCSU process and collaborate with the Land Acquisition Manager to track progress; conduct Backlog Meetings per company standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Organizational Leadership preferred. Experience in the homebuilding or construction industry strongly preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to communicate verbally to effectively interact with associates and customers. Ability to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills, such as typing and writing. Ability to lift and carry approximately 20–25 lbs unassisted. Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing and reaching.
