Supervision must be performed by a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) every 30 days.Primary Duties:Carries out the treatment plan established by an OTR and notifies OTR of changes in resident's condition or needs.Provides occupational therapy intervention based on the individualized treatment plan and established priorities. Assumes responsibility for initiating changes in procedure and techniques as it relates to individual needs of the resident.Intervention may include the need to design, fabricate, select, and fit prosthetic, orthotic and self-help devices, per treatment plan of OTR.Performs other duties as assigned.License, Certification, Education or Experience: REQUIRED for the position:Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in the State of WashingtonCurrent Washington State Driver's license and proof of insurabilityCurrent Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hireReliable transportationDESIRED for the position:2 years in acute care and/or rehabilitation center experienceMembership in a professional organizationCertification in area of specialtyBenefit Information: Choices that care for you and your family At EvergreenHealth, we appreciate our employees' commitment and contribution to our success.
