What You Can Expect:
Set your own compensation: First-time carriers generally earn $75,000 or more in base compensation and benefits
Medical and legal coordination fully covered
Psychological support throughout the process
All travel and accommodations paid

Surrogate Qualifications
U.S. citizen
Ages 21–40
At least one prior uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery
No major pregnancy complications
Non-smoker, no recreational drug use
BMI under 33
No prior surrogacy experience required
