Director of Rehab
Medical Facilities of America, Inc.
Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center , a 120-bed healthcare center in Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Rehab Manager (PT, OT, SLP). The Rehab Manager (PT, OT, SLP) directs the daily operations of the Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy disciplines to meet facility and resident needs, MFA's fiscal requirements and governmental regulations. The Rehab Manager is responsible for program staffing, clinical and operational program development and performs clinical duties in licensed field as necessary. Qualifications include: *Required Virginia license as therapist (PT, OT or SLP)
*Prior management experience desired
*Three years' experience as a therapist desired
